What is WarmSculpting with SculpSure?

WarmSculpting with SculpSure is a safe and effective treatment that eliminates unwanted fat cells in as little as 25 minutes per treatment. Using a hands-free heat laser belt; the system can target more than one area at a time without requiring incisions to be made or anesthesia to be administered. Both men and women are eligible for treatment as well as a wide variety of body types. Despite this, WarmSculpting is best suited for people with a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or less.

How does WarmSculpting with SculpSure work?

When you come in for an appointment, one of our specialists will explain the procedure to you and answer any questions you may have. You should discuss what areas of your body you’re hoping to have treated so that one of our specialists can get a better sense of your goals. You should also feel comfortable disclosing your medical history and any medications that you are currently taking to minimize the chances of bruising.

The doctor will then mark areas on your body that will be treated. A SculpSure device is wrapped around you like a waist belt and begins to heat up gradually. The surface of the skin will remain cool despite the high temperatures that the laser is utilizing to kill fat cells underneath. The device will alternate between bursts of cooling and heat to deliver some relief to the area.  The heating phase may cause minor discomfort as some patients have reported a faint tingling sensation.

During the process, you can relax, read, listen to music, or even take a nap. The fat cells intended for treatment as well as adjacent fat cells will be destroyed permanently, giving your skin a smoother appearance. If you require additional treatment to reach the results you desire, you can schedule a follow-up appointment 6-12 weeks after your first treatment. There is no recovery time with SculpSure, and you may resume your daily activities immediately following the procedure.

WarmSculpting with SculpSure can help you treat some of the following areas:

WarmSculpting with SculpSure risks and results

A WarmSculpting with SculpSure treatment is meant for patients who intend to or already maintain a healthy lifestyle and are looking to treat a few, stubborn areas. Patients who suffer from excess weight or obesity should not consider WarmSculpting with SculpSure as an option for treatment. Results vary depending upon the individual, but studies have reported up to 24% of fat cells being eliminated in one single area. You must continue to lead a healthy lifestyle that consists of a proper diet and regular exercise if you hope to maintain your results.

Most patients begin seeing results in as little as six weeks after treatment with optimal results appearing at the end of 12 weeks. Although little to no side effects have been reported, WarmSculpting with SculpSure is still a relatively new treatment with ongoing research. Some patients have reported feeling sore or stiff immediately following the procedure. If you experience tense muscles, you can massage the treated area within a few hours after the treatment.

If you’ve been struggling with difficult-to-lose fat, consider WalmSculpting with SculpSure as a treatment option. Call our office, or book an appointment online today!
